What about getting friends and family to help?
Having a designated point of contact among your close relationships is valuable. However, it's important that any involvement you ask of them is without imposing any pressure. As wedding planners, we understand that they are there to celebrate with you, not necessarily to assist with planning. Let us handle the stress, allowing you, and them, to fully enjoy and cherish this special occasion, creating lasting memories together.
Can you help even if we've started planning?

When should I start planning my wedding?
Every wedding is unique and tailored to the couple so the ideal time to start planning your wedding can vary depending on a number of factors. Our recommendation is to start planning 1 - 2 years in advanced. This allows us to secure popular venues and vendors, as well as to handle all the necessary arrangements without feeling rushed. However, If you're planning a smaller or more straightforward wedding, you might be able to start planning about 8-10 months in advance.
What if we have a catering and venue coordinator?
A coordinator is employed by the vendor and focuses on managing logistics and operations specific to the nature of the business. Their responsibilities include coordinating setup, managing facility issues, overseeing catering, and ensuring venue policies are followed. They serve as a liaison between the couple and staff but typically do not handle tasks beyond business-related aspects or assist with broader wedding planning details. As wedding planners, we are here to provide comprehensive support throughout the entire wedding planning process. We assist with vendor selection, budget management, timeline creation, decor and design concepts, and overall coordination of the event. Offering personalised guidance, we manage communication with vendors, coordinate logistics, and troubleshoot issues. Acting as the main point of contact, we ensure the smooth execution of the wedding from start to finish.
Why do I need a wedding planner?
Simply put, to ensure you revel in the wedding you've always dreamed of! Even if you've been picturing this day for years, having an experienced hand onboard can turn those dreams into reality.
